- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or republish workflows as standalone products without prior written consent from Viperflows
- You may not claim original authorship of unmodified Viperflows workflows
- Attribution is appreciated but not required for modified workflows

5. Intellectual Property
The Viperflows name, logo, website design, and all original content created by us are the exclusive property of Viperflows, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The third-party platform names referenced on our site — including N8N, Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel — are trademarks of their respective owners. Viperflows is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these platforms unless explicitly stated.

AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VIPERFLOWS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viperflows, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any automation workflow you deploy using our content
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
